i use training as an escape from the stress of life. If I'm having a bad day, i use that in the gym. If I'm having a great day, I just focus that energy. And then when the benefits start to show, its that much more of a push.

get some good training videos. when i dont feel motivated i throw in pumping iron & 1/2 way through i turn it off & think " I'M GOING TO THE GYM & KICK SOME ASS TODAY" & head for the gym.

My insparation is 90% internal, stress, depression, and getting up every morning and looking in the mirror.. that should do it. The other 10% comes from surrounding yourself with lifting parters that can really push you, someone you really have to compete with.
