sugar alchol?

i've been munching on some of those zero carb chocolates but there they contain sugar alcohol. just wondering if that will knock me out of ketosis.

It can kick you out of ketosis, but more likely than not the sugars will be burned first b/c they float in the blood until gone. Thus, I suggest against eating sugar alcohols while in ketosis.
