attn: Mr.x i need your help on my diet

I was wondering if you can help me out with my pre-contest diet.

Im 24 years old , 229 lbs, 18% bf
my contest isnt until may 6-7, so i think I have ample time to get down to atleast 7%. Im all natural.(with the exceptions of a couple of supps,i.e ECA,T-rex,multi vitamins. what kind of diet would you recomend?

training: a 4 day split,high reps,moderate weight

mon: chest + tris
tues: back+ bis
wed: off
thurs: shoulders,traps
friday: legs
satff
sun: off

cardio:
6 days a week starting at 30 mins a pop, eventually working my way up to an hour

its kinda basic to start out with, but what do you think Mr. X???????

I think you would do good w/ a CKD diet, check my CKD manual to start you off.

thanx bro, I read the manual and Im anexious to start it up. im gonna keep the 4 day split though, I found it hard to group that many bodyparts into 1 workout.

yes the workouts are tough, just make sure you don't overtrain

thanx again Mr. X for you help. I plan to keep the sets low.(2-3 sets per body part, 10-12 reps max,moderate weight) I will keep you posted on my progress Mr. X.
