After a few years of bulking i've gone from 190 to 260. I really dont have that much more fat on me than when i started but its time its time lol.
I've got to get ride of the spare tire. SO heres my plan.

Run 2 miles a day 1 in the morning and 1 at night.
High protein diet minimum carbs. No bread or junk food. only eggs tuna turkey etc. I will be eating fruit for energy along with Juice OJ and apple juice. I cant give up milk but i will try and wing my self down from whole to 2%. I'm running 1000mg week fo eq to keep some muscle but i'll be taking eca and t3 about 12.5 mcg in morning and once again at night I may end up taking more but i thing thats enough to give me a litte extra energy to help me run. I'll still be lifting but only with supersets and sets of 20.

I think thats all let me know if i'm missing something.

I suggest you look at a 50%protein/30%fat/20%cards
wx12 training days
wx10 non-training
wx18 refeed day
