Sprinting for Speed, Size and anti-catabolism

I've recently started sprinting as a part of my cardiovascualr exercise.

Currently, I'm doing it 3x a week. I've started with only 3-4 100m sprints, with 100m jogging in between. Actually, my FIRST day of doing them, I only did 2-100m sprints, which was more difficult and more destructive to my legs (in a good way) than 30 minutes of moderate cardio.

I'm up to 4 now. I used to do these back at IU, and we got up to a pretty high number of them. I think they will not only increase my muscle size in my legs, but will also lend to be less-catabolic than standard cardio.

Higher athletic performance is also a great thing about this. Sure, I can squat 275 for some reps, but can I outrun a 15 year old kid? You bet i can!

Anyone else have any sprinting routines? I am also on a pretty specific plyometric routine right now. They totally kick my ass... I only do those 1 day a week though... it's my day-off that isn't my day off.
