Trying to bulk up on cycle.
My diet consist of:

131g of rice, 6 ounces of chicken breast (cooked measure)
mixed vegtables.

can of tuna--mustard

bulking up. As much as I can in the next 12 weeks. 30 lbs or so. I know it sounds like alot but I have done it before naturally. I want to be back up in the 280 range.

what was the heighest weight you've been up to?
