my diet, any thoughts?

Ok i made a hybrid diet i guess it could be called. I dunno if it would work though so i shall ask you folks who know what they are talking about.

It is a mix of the all natural peanutbutter diet and one i just thought of this morning at breakfest. It would prevent having refeeds i think and would change up the foods enough to keep the body guessing.

1st 2 days:
meal1: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories
meal2: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories
meal3: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories
meal4: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories
meal5: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories
meal6: 1 scoop whey, 1serving all natural pb
300 calories

as you can see those are all the same lol. It occured to me that being on those with my type of metabolism might slow down before the refeed, plus i might be lacking just enough energy.

So then the next two days are like this:

meal1: 1cup lowfat cottage cheese (160 calories, 26g protein) and 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal2: 1cup lowfat cottage cheese (160 calories, 26g protein) and 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal3: 1cup lowfat cottage cheese (160 calories, 26g protein) and 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal4: 1cup lowfat cottage cheese (160 calories, 26g protein) and 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal5: 1cup lowfat cottage cheese (160 calories, 26g protein) and 1/2 cup oatmeal
with having 1 meal for a PWO that has 1 scoop why and 40g dextrose.

and then repeat the cycle. I would be getting enough protein and be in a calorie deficet, and was thinking this would keep my metabolism high because it would be trying to guess what the hell im doing. Im thinking to go on it for about 7 weeks until im able to start boxing again. At which time i will go onto a normal clean diet since i wont need to be cutting anymore.

any comments?

149 punds with about 14% body fat. 5'4.5. I wanna be about 140 walking around

The diet sounds BLAND but if you can do it, I praise you.

I suggest using NON-fat (fat-free) cottage cheese during the carb up. Beyond that, if your training is played in good and you add some light cardio, this diet should workout fine.

how old are you? and why are you dieting? are you female?

im dieting because i wanna weight 140, im short so it isnt like i'd be super small. It is because when I box i weigh 132 by cutting water weight. I have horrible height disdavantages in 140 and above weight classes. Plus i have 14% bf. I used to be around where i want to be but i had surgery and gained weight, so i needed a simple diet

I would suggest adding some fast (high-gi) digesting carbs before your training (i.e. dextrose) www.proteinfactory.com
