planning workout around CKD

so the short of the long is, i plan on doing carb up on friday night until saturday night.

i lift on friday night (so i will start right after this workout)

i also lift on sunday mornings.

my question is, would my usual saturday cardio be more effective on sunday, to help jump start the keto again? or would on saturday matter? thanks!

The cardio would be more effective on sunday to lower blood sugar and slip you faster into ketosis.
