Mr.X or anyone critique my bulk plan please!

Height: 5'11
Bf%: 15% ish
Goal: add lean mass while keeping fat to a minimum

Training days:

Pre workout:
5oz chicken
1 c brown rice
.5 c peas
300mg ALA

Post workout:
1.5 sc whey
Dextrose 80 g
300 mg ALA

Meal#3:
5 oz chicken
8 oz potato's
.5 c corn
300 mg ALA

Meal#5:
2 sc whey
1 T udo's oil
1 T natty peanut butter

Meal #6:
5 oz steak
1 T real mayo
1 c brocolli

Meal #7:
4 egg
5 egg whites

Meal #8:
10 egg whites
1 T udo's oil

Totals
Calories: 3404
Protein: 338
Carbs: 239
Fat: 99

My training rotation is 2 on 1 off. I will be doing 4 40 minute session of empthy stomach morning cardio/week.

On off days I wil replace carb with fats, mainly EFA's.

Let me know any suggestions you may have or any ways that I can improve on this!

Also, should my calories on off days be lower than total calories on days that I am lifting?

I hope to gain muscle with this approach! Not expecting astronomical gains but if I could add 10 lbs of quality muscle I would be happy!

I would increase carbs by 5%, increase protein by 10% and increase fat by 10%, just not enough fat in there.
