Could Someone Please Post Their Diet while on CKD...I have no idea what to eat

Hey guys, I am soon starting Mr. X's CKD Diet and I really need some help. For people that are on it, I have to ask, what the hell are you eating. The first day being 85% fat, and 15% protein, what do you daily diets look like. I realize that a lot of it will be unsaturated fats and protein shakes and meat, but it would really help to actually see how other eating plans are structured. I've gone to the CKD worksheet and I've also gone to the simple ratio calculator as well. I'm cool with the ratios and how much of what per meal, but I still have no idea what to have per meal. If someone could help me out, I would be much in debt. Thank you ahead of time, and I look forward to seeing what you guys post!!

I'm 6'1, 215lb at 14%bf. Comming off a bulking cycle of 4000 calories per day.

I just eat meat; seriously, just meat and some green veggies - very fatty meat. I also add oil to compensate for high fat intake....

Breakfast:
Eggs and sausage or bacon

Lunch:
pepperoni with LOTS of cheese

Snack:
pork rinds with french onion dip

Dinner:
some type of meat with cheese and broccoli or cauliflower


not too creative, but you learn as you go....

oh yea, forgot to add, go buy some oils at a healthfood store or something like that...

Flaxseed
Grapeseed
Fish oils

These will help you get that 85% fat

What kind of workout do you suggest?

Mr. X has a recommended workout, but i am studying engineering in college so time is hard to find to work out...

monday: chest and 20-30 min cardio
tuesday: back and 30-45 min cardio
wednesday: legs and shoulders, no cardio
thursday: biceps and 30-45 min cardio
Friday: triceps and 30-45min cardio
Saturday: 60min cardio
Sunday: carb up and 30 min cardio at night

How detrimental is it not to get up to the recommended dietary fat %. Will CKD still work?
