Safest way to take cytomel

For starters want to say thanks to Mr.X. I have been doing well on my bodyopus diet. Around a 1.5" lost around waist in first two weeks and bodyweight is around the same.

Question is when taking cytomel what is the safest way to take it. Of course I know to gradually increase but at what dosage can I take and start seeing results. I have been under the impression its around 75-100mg or mcg I forget a day for great results. I am just scared and have never used this product. I was thinking of starting out at 25mg and increasing 25mg every 4thor5th day until I reached 100mg.

Out of curiousity can you get good results with 50mg a day?

I also plan on taking equipose 200mg a week and winstrol 350mg a week with this.

I would stay on cytomel for a 4-5 week period of time. Preferable 4 weeks to be on the safe side and will come down gradually, the same way I went up gradually. Any help is appreciated, especailly from Mr. X....who by the way is also known as DA MAN!!!!!

Okay read the article good read. I am doing bodyopus as you know. I was thinking of adding some cytomel to my program in the next week or so. This is my 3rd week of phenformin. I will stop at end of this week. I wanted to do a 4 week cycle of cytomel and winstrol and tren. I am a lil worried about the cytomel and want to be as safe as possible....let me rephrase that I want to do as minimal as possible and still achieve some type of results. In FFM you recommended upwards of 125mcg and that seems high...not that I am questioning you...it is just i am scared to take such a high dosage. I guess my question is what can I get away with taking? 100mcg, 75mcg, 50mcg? I am hoping for the later two...just nervous I guess. Any help is appreciated.

200mg of EQ is a little low wouldn't ya say? Then again I'm a big fan of it at higher doses.

you can get away w/ taking a 100mcg w/o a problem if you cycle up and down

I suggest doing the cycle I recommended in my FATFAST manual but go up to only 75mcg for now
