Mr. X, Cycle-Bulking Q's

I am currently using Mr. X's cycle-bulking plan. I am 6'1, 190 lbs, 13% give or take. I would like to make sure of my calculations for Training & Non-Training days and inquire about recreational activity on Non-Training days.

First....
My Training numbers P/C/F : 380/285/123.5
My Non-Training numbers P/C/F : 189.2/ 126.2/70.3 (Non-Training #'s reflect a 20% increase in P and a 20% decrease in C as outlined in another Thread)
Are these correct?

Second....
I like to play basketball and was wondering which day's I should incorporate it and if I should add some cals. to compensate. Usually 1+ hours.

If it makes any difference, I will be lifting 5 days a week, 5x5 method. 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off, repeat.

The ratios look fine ; if you're going to play b-ball make sure you do it on a day where you're taking in at least w x 20 in calories (especially in 1hr timeframe).
