female CKD help - Anabolic Steroids

I have been following the CKD calculations through Mr X sheet and its really high calories, I was just wondering should the calculations be lower for women? Can I take ECA on this or just eph solo? Also would a CKD plan be safe for an obese friend? Id appreciate any help thanks

You can lower the cal intake by 10% if it's a concern to you, and you can take ECA on this. For an obese friend, I suggest straight Ketosis for 1mo. w/o a carb up.

Thanks for your help Mr X. Just one more question - if the person goes straight ketosis for a month after day 6 would she just revert back to day 1 on your calcuilations? thanks again!!!!

yes she would go back to day 1
