Am I eating enough?

Im bulking, and not seeing the results I expected. How does my diet look?

Meal 1:
5 egg whites + 1 yolk
1-2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
1 slice wheat bread smothered in PB
Large glass of milk (3cups maybe)

Meal 2:
Low Carb Protein (45g P) shake with assorted fruits (blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, etc)
Tri-O-Plex bar

Meal 3:
Large Bowl of white rice, black beans, chicken, light salsa and cheese

Meal 4:
1 serving NLarge (4 scoops)
(On M, W, F this meal is Post workout)

Meal 5:
Big dinner, usually consists of chicken, rice, beans, veggies. Its always a big meal.
Large glass of milk

Meal 6:
Maybe a shake, or PB sandwhich. Cottage cheese. Varies.

Im 19, 5'11" 163 (im skinny, building up slowly, but i have a HUMONGOUS gut all of a sudden when I used to be naturally super shredded)

at 163, you couldn't have a gut big enough

what's your bodyfat%?

I have no idea about my bodyfat. My gut isnt huge to most peoples standards, but ive got like an inch and half thick pouch of fat that falls over my pants, but for the most part the rest of the bodyfat on my body is pretty low

get me a picture of the "waist" and go take a bodyfat test , probably $20 for a caliper test at a gym
