anyone getting headaches???

I'm currently on the ANPB diet (however I'm using Muscle Milk Protein which has mildly higher carbs). I'm 5'10" 205lbs and my numbers are like this:

Muscle Milk- 1740 cals/day
160g protein
60g carbs
90g fat

ANPB- 475 cals/day
20g protein
17.5g carbs
40g fat

Totals- 2215 cals/day
180g protein- 720 cals- (33%)
77.5g carbs- 310 cals- (14%)
130g fat- 1170 cals- (53%)

My supps are: Multi Vit, EFA's, Lecithin, Arginine, Vit C, Vit E, and Twinlab Ripped Fuel

Anyhow, my question is if any of you are experiencing headaches or loss of sleep? Its strange because although I'm definitely craving every food I see, I do have a lot of energy (which I assume is the MCTs in MM), but I am also getting these headaches that I've never had before. Can anyone explain?

I know a few people who got headaches for days after cutting out caffeine.
Other than that, I don't know.

i ran ECA with that diet had probs sleeping @ night and horrible headaches when i quit the ECA but...results were pretty damn good

Drop any stimulants - which includes Ripped fuel - then in one week we'll see if your problem changes.

I usually get headaches when getting accustomed to a low carb diet.

I get sick just frm etng too much ANPB

Well my cravings have subsided, which is great. My headaches are still slightly lingering but not as bad as the first few days. I still have a LOT of energy which is great.

However, My first refeed day will be on Sunday and I want to make sure I do it correctly. Can someone give me an example of a refeed day?

Ok great, read the manual but it brings me to another question. If my only goal for now is to lose fat right now, is a refeed day even necessary? I'm not currently working with weights (:-o ) but I I'm doing cardio twice a day and my main goal is to get into the 180's before I start to pack on the muscle.

And of course I realize that even light weight training is going to help me burn fat...but for one, who wants to lift LIGHT??? and two, when I'm weight training I can eat healthy but I'm also going to eat just about anything within a 5 block radius ...lol.
