Hey all, diet help

I posted in the chat room, but I am new here, but not new to the gym. I've been working out for whiloe now and can't seem to lose wt. I trie what I see in muscle and fitness, those plans ya know, but it just doesnt hlep any. its making me thik these mags are a wste of time for me. Im like 230 pounds and Im pretty strong but I want to look good for my wife too. back like 8 yars ago i married far above myself, but I looked really good then tho. my wife just has a gift to look so beutiful all the time. I wont to look great for her, but I'm sort of lost. can anywon help?

hhmmm. Lots of info there to put up.

Ht: 6.0 feet
wt: I haven't wayed mysefl in weeks but laswt it was 230 on bathroom scales.
Goals? I just want to look like a mens' finess model. I dont' want to be huge. I just want to make my wife look at me and love me all that much more. I no she loves me but I want to really impress her big time.

Training? I train 3 times a week. I train on mondays chest and biseps. on weds I train back and triseps. on fridays, I train legs and sholders. i train calfs and abs each of them days too. I dont do cardio tho.

ok so you want to look like a fitness model while not looking huge and impressing your wife - hard, but can be done
