but what about the lack of Omega-3's in the diet? I know natty PB will give plenty of monounsaturates, non-Omega-3 polyunsaturates, and enough of saturated, but wouldn't lack of omega-3's become a problem?

You can do AM cardio 2-3 times a week, stick to low-intensity.

It probably wouldn't become a problem, but if it's your main concern just add 1-3 tbsp. of flax and replace 2-3 tbsp. ANPB, as easy as that.

I just bought 2 different jars of the All Natural Peanut Butter.

Smuckers brand:

Serving Size 2 Tbsp
Total Fat 16g
Total Carb 6g
Sugars 1g

Market Pantry Brand

Serving Size 2 Tbsp
Total Fat 16 g
Total Carb 6g
Sugars 3g

The second version has 3g of sugar per serving but only 6 grams of carbs. The first version has only 1g of sugar but 6 carbs too.

Does it matter if a brand has 2g extra suger per serving as long as it has the required 6g of carbs?:eat
