Default Cardio for cutting up

What do you guys do to lose the flab
The traditional 45-60 mins at 60-70% heart rate cardio or HIIT or ??
And what works best for you (allthough it's probably the same as above )

I would suggest, 30-45min at 60-70% low-intensity....

Default MAX OT Cardio

if I did 30-45 at low intensity I would fall asleep, I like 16-20 min all out on the treadmill...I start at 7 mph and finish at 13 mph....I burn about 450 cal during and 250 after (estimated).

basketball isnt continuous...so the answer is yes, out of the question for cardio cutting...its good exercise, but cant be considered your cardio.

If you are going the traditional route,I would advise first thing in the morning,on an empty stomach...otherwise the presence of insulin will inhibit the L-carnitine chain,necessary for the mobilization of free-fatty acids for fuel.After muscle glycogen is spent,you will likely dip into muscle stores(my belief)

Basketball isn't continuous?...Maybe not compared to soccer,but I beg to differ here..again,on an empty stomach though..I would go so far as to say that hoops might be the next best thing to sprints..of course it depends upon your game.

are you kidding me? isnt continuous. if you play basketball i bet your heartrate never drops, its highly anaerobic, interval based sprints with plyometrics and a high degree of hand-eye co-ordinattion and mental faculties

how many fat basketball players do you see?

as for you best option for cutting maybe not because your heartrate is gonna be too high. i find when i play soccer im walk more often than basketball.

Basketball isn't continuous?...Maybe not compared to soccer,but I beg to differ here..again,on an empty stomach though..I would go so far as to say that hoops might be the next best thing to sprints..of course it depends upon your game.
Well our games we run up and down the court. I want to say they are similar to HIIT when i do 15 sec sprints and 45 second jogs. Am I wrong to think like that?
