ANPB results after 2 weeks

Well, I have now finished my second week of anpb and I have to say that the results are unbelievable. Here is my weekly diet:

Week 1-- 12.9% bf

Diet: 6X/day 2tbs anpb, 18 grams of protein from powder.

Supplements:multivitamins 2X/day, vitamin C, calcium, NYC 2X/day, yohimburn df before cardio

cardio 4X/week--65-70% max heart rate

weights 2X/week--2 excersices/bodypart 10,8,6

end of week 1--11.6% bf

Week2--11.6% bf

Diet: 6X/day 2tbs anpb, 18 grams of protein from powder.

Supplements:multivitamins 2X/day, vitamin C, calcium, liporexin
(ran out of NYC unfortunately)

no weights, no cardio

end of week 2--10.3% bf

Here are some other comments:
* The first few days of the diet, I had fatigue and headaches (which I'm assuming was withdrawal from sugar). Since then, I have had more energy than I have had in years. Also I feel like I am more focused. I have read that your brain operates up to 25% more efficiently on ketones than sugars--I'm not sure if this is true but there is definitely a significant change in my overall physical and mental state
* I have been drinking a lot of green tea, and the caffiene has not caused any craving for carbs
* once every couple of days I replace one of the meals with 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 tbs of mayo, 9 grams of protein from powder
* I have been drinking about a gallon a day of water
* sometimes I put a couple of drops of tabasco sauce on the peanut butter, or sometimes a little mustard (this may sound pretty nasty, but it actually tastes pretty good and breaks up the monotony of eating the same thing six times a day)
* I have been ckecking the ketostix and they are constantly at the second to last level of purple

Week 3-10.3%bf

Mon: Meal1-- 2 tbs pb, w/1 tbs of flax oil
after excersice--40 grams of protein, 10 grams of creatine, 2 tabs of glucorell
**this seemed to kick me out of ketosis
Meals2-6--2 tbs pb, w/ 18 grams of protein

Tues: Meal1--2 tbs pb, w/1 tbs of flax oil
after excersice--20 grams of protein, 10 grams of creatine, 2 tabs of glucorell
**this seemed to kick me out of ketosis
Meal2-6--2 tbs pb, w/ 18 grams of protein

The rest of the week:
Meal1-protein shake w/ tbs of flax oil
Meal2-6--2 tbs pb, w/ 18 grams of protein

Supplements--creatine 10 grams/day, liporexin 2x/day, yohimburn before cardio, multivitamins, vitamin c, calcium, 2 days took lipodryl (eca)
cardio 4X/week--65-70% max heart rate
weights 2X/week--2 excersices/bodypart 10,8,6

end of the week bf: ~8%

Observations:
*r-ala made me very tired
*I definitely put on some muscle as a result of the creatine, and if this is in some way scientifically impossible because of the caloric deficit, then they definitely look bigger
*the good old creatine has caused me to retain some water as usual
*this week the ketostix never really got to that deep purple like last week, maybe this is because I am using designer protein that has 2 grams of carbs. If this is the case the problem will be eliminated next week when the protein factory mix arrives.

Mr. X--what do you think about liporexin? I've had good success with everything else from the AF store, but I really have no way to measure if this stuff is working or not.

Lipo is a VERY good product, I've tried it and can vouch for it.

I wouldn't say one is better than the other - they both have their uses, but I like trex more overall for it's strong properties but at the same time I like lipo for being mild.

not to be crude but hows this effecting your trips to the bathroom...just wondering if it is having any effect
