hi all, i resently sent MR.X a email askin for his help again and he thought i should post it up for others to learn from it.

now ive worked wit MR.X in the past but failed to follow wha he set for me. im ready now to change my lifestyle and needed his help to do this.

i use to be over 450lbs once and stayed there for a while but have did atkins style of eating and i beleave my lowest weight was 355 for 3 or 4 months.. mind you i hadnt weighed that since i was about 15 so i was excited but started to eat carbs ontop of everything else i was eating and slowly gained some weight. im not sure where my weight is now BUT i do know i was a 8X size shirt and now wear a 5-6X so im not 450 lol

my goals right now, kinda of different from most "obese" people. i dont want to be skinny (200lbs or lower) i want to be very large around 275-300 lbs @15-20% bodyfat which i know if a hard feat but i think its a realistical goal with my genetics. my short term goal is to look my best in 3 months but i know this is going to be a lifelong trip.

It's good to hear from you again. I'm glad you're making the final step to achieving your goals.

Since we have worked in the past to get you where you want to be, I feel that it would be crucial for us to follow a few steps:

1) I'd like a public commitment from you that you will work as hard as you can to achieve this goal
2) That you will follow all my advice
3) You will NEVER give up

At this point, looking at your goals, I think we can try a modified version of a CKD; however, we will try to tailor it to your needs. A big factor will be cardio/training/rest.

Also, cravings on the diet might require supplementation to blunt them.

ok got on a scale...only went up to 300lbs but goes around...but stops at 380...well it hit 380 so i know im over 380...if i took a guess i think id be around 395 so im just going to say 400 because ater 400 i wont fit into 5X which im wearing right now so.

400 LBS...nice round figure to work with

did the hand held body fat tester and put 400lbs and came out to 40.6 (adding 7 makes it 47.7) so if i say its 48% = 192 lbs of fat and 208 lbs of LBM....

now what do i do?
