Confused...

I once weighed 195lbs...
Well I started diets and workouts around 186lbs...

In 5 weeks I was down to 171lbs, I've been at 171-173 for the last week and a half and I don't see and BF going anywhere, I think I look ad fat as I did on day 1. I really need to lose this abdominal fat especially lol, doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I do 30mins for cardio 3 days a week on a nordictrack (ski machine), so It's a pretty good workout. I decided to do a short cycle of creatine this week, maybe putting on some more muscle will help burn off some fat. The Xenadrine EFX, well I can't tell if it's doing anything, It got good reviews and i don't get hyper and jittery while taking it, but then again I dont feel any energy boost at all. I'm in the gym lifting 3 days a week...I dunno what to do here, and i dont have much muscle in the first place, I cant afford to lose any of it doing a complete almost zero carb diet...I really need to put more muscle on, but i gotta get this abdominal fat and all outta here. Thats the only place I really have fat, accept upper legs there is some (inner thighs) and a little bit on my chest. I havent got a real BF%, but i have about a 1/2inch to 3/4inch of fat on my stomach.

Any ideas on gettin rid of this evil evil stuff lol...its getting real annoying lol.

Im eating mainly CKD like in my last post, but I went back to throwin in some creatine this week and I may have a bun with my hamburger now or something, I need some sort of carbs, I was feeling real sluggish and didnt want to lose muscle while on the diet. Its mainly low carbs under 30 grams, protein and fat.

and yes I tried a carb up day and i was just to worn out to do cardio by the end of the week, I also had hard time waking up in the morning, i was VERY tired and couldn't function early mornings.

Are their any suggestions?

Also my financial situation is REAL tight...so Im tryin to do the best i can with what i can...I was running through money like crazy on CKD, stayin healthy is expensive lol.

how long did you run the CKD for?

usually it takes up to 3 weeks to adapt to the diet

Well, you are going to look smaller/flatter while on a CKD. And unless you are following the CKD ratios as listed, then you may be messing it all up. You are probably just doing a low-carb diet.

I suggest you carb up for a few days. See if you still look like you are losing muscle and not fat. If you are losing LBM and not much fat, then you need to try a different approach all together.

Lastly, don't worry so much about the supplements. Creatine for a week is not going to add muscle of any significance. And the Xenadrine EFX is pretty much useless.

For the stubborn fat areas (which sound like estro patterned BAT) you could try using yohimburn.

And I did'nt mean creatine just for this week, I usually run a cycle, then stay off for a week or 2, Then run another cycle.

CKD is just expensinve as hell lol...buyin all meat, cheese, and nuts, its like the most expensive things possible lol.

Why don't you try the anpb diet--peanut butter costs about $3 per jar, and its impossible to mess up the ratios

Also instead of wasting money on xenadrine you should probably try a real fatburner like thermorexin or clen or an eca

I dont pay for the xenadrine, a buddy of mine gave me 2 bottles that his cousin had but he never used it.

How do you consume all of this pb if you cant eat bread or anything lol, dont u need some sort of solid food?

I still take my multi vitamin/mineral, whey protein, and all...what else do i need here lol...i was doin real good, but i seem stuck, thats why i am tryin to switch things up, maybe it will jump start my body again.
