Annoying Questions in my Head!

Alright I know for each % it's different, but is there an average of how many lbs. or how much fat needs to be burned to lose a % of BF...

Or another way to go about it is...about how many lbs or bf% does it take to lose an inch...

Its always been a thought in the back of my mind, whether there is some sort of answer or not.

Hmmm I have no idea how many inces per bf%, but 4000cal per lb. of bodyfat is basically the breakdown.

Here's another one...around what BF% can abs become visible :-)

seeing this is my goal, to see my abs, maybe having a # to shoot for can help.

Pretty much, abdominals because visible between 8 - 12% BF depending on how much of ab you wanna see and how much youve worked them at about 12% most people can see the outline and see them if you flex them at 8% they should always be visible now this is assuming you have genetics favoring it/not favoring it and you have done ab workouts.

if genetics favor you you may be able to get the top 2 abdominals at about 12% and the rest at 8 - 10% however, for most people its 8% for everything maybe even 7% if unlucky.

getting abs is almost all about what you eat, you need to work them but if the BF is low enough youll see em.

see on a diet i cant build them....but i do ab workouts 2 or 3 times a week depending on what routine im on....so im hoping they tone since i cant build.... :-(

This makes my goal...losing 8% to 10% BF, at least!
Ouch lol...
While on CKD any ideas how long this could take while doing cardio 4 times a week and weights 3 or 4?....


Just an estimate based on the average person on ckd...

I would say it really depends on genetics - I know of folks that see their abs easy at 10%, but some cannot see their abs until they are down to 5%. So, the answer is, it's variable - the best thing to do is to work to lower bodyfat until you actually see them.

Well thats my plan :-)
I'm in the gym 4 days a week
Monday I normally work every group lightly, Then the other 3 days I have broken down into 2 muscle groups a day, 3 set or each excercise (12-10-8). I either do my cardio in the AM when I wake up if I have time, If not I do it after I do weights at the gym, for 45mins to an hour. (in proper heart range).

My diet right now was a little off I need to add some EFA's.

#1) 2 eggs, or cheese omlet, and 2 bacon.
(2 thermo's, MV/MM)
#2) All Natty PB on celery w/ sprinkle of Splenda (around 2 servings)
GYM
#3) Protein Shake- 20 grams protein (2 exenadrine efx), 3 slices of cheese.
#4) Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, serving of green beans or broccoli, 2 slices of cheese.
#5) Protein shake- 20 grams
#6) 4 hot dogs

That is just a one day example...several times I have a 8-10oz fresh ground beef hamburger with 2 bacon and 2 cheese, in place of on of the meals.

My high numbers I need may be falling a little short I think the ratios are about right though...Im hoping this is CLOSE to what I need...I think my #'s will be better once I throw in the EFA's, I just gotta go to the store to get more.

I would add 2 tbsp. of UDOs choice daily.
