ckd meal timing

do you think that it is better to eat more meals per day while on ckd or just a few bigger ones. I have heard that people think that a few bigger ones burn more fat

Honestly, while in ketosis, you're burning fat all day, so I would say it really would not matter. However, for the sake of feeling full all the time, I would do smaller meals.

thanks x, i think for me i will stick to less meals, for some reason i feel hungrier when i eat 5 or six meals a day, i do not know why, and it is easier on the mind not having to worry about getting all my meals in.

If larger meals make you full - then stick w/ them.

x, what do you feel about using thermorexin on ckd, would it be helpful, do you like this product does it burn fat, thanks again

I love Thermorexin. I use it in conjunction with the Liporexin. Works great!

Trex helped me a lot when I was doing the CKD, try using it in the AM and early afternoon.
