Hi There what do you think of Nelsons contraversory book (the bodybuilding truth) are the claims true ?? and also he really is againt the keto diet infact he calls it a farce ,is this book a good buy or is it just the usual crap

It's crap; don't waste your time or money. He's one of those types who spout off, telling you to do something merely because it worked for him. He makes absolutely no attempt at backing up his approaches with a little science or reasoning - there's not a single reference to be found in his *book*.
