Default Diet Opinions on Macronutrient Timing..

Stats: 215 6'3" 12% bf

On my current cutting stack (Tren/Winny/Prop) I have decided to work out in the mornings so that I can feel like when I eat, I am eating towards rebuilding. (Just a mental thing to keep me motivated...whatever works).

I am not so much worried about calories and what to eat...as I have that in check....I am more worried about macronutrient timing. I plan to eat about every 2-3 hours. So here it is:

6am: Wake Up, Eat...Protein and Carbs(oatmeal and whey)

6:45: workout

8am: Post workout shake...Protein/dextrose

9am: Protein and carbs

So from this point on, I am going to eat about eveyr 2-3 hours till bedtime around 10 or 11. Since this is a cutting stack, what should the rest of the day look like, macronutrient wise?

11am :feedme

1pm :feedme

4pm :feedme

7pm :feedme

10pm: should I eat right before bed on a cutting stack???

yes you can eat right before bed, just limit the foods to lean proteing/fats/ fiber.

Overall, the timing is fine -but w/o food to look at, it's hard to judge the diet.

Thanks forthe reply. Maybe the better question is, from 11am until bedtime, is there a time where i should switch up eating protein and carbs to eating protein and fats? i.e. How many meals following the workout should contain protein and carbs for optimal rebuilding while on a cutting stack?

I wouldn't eat after 11am period... but at about 9pm on I would stick to p/f.

Am I reading into that correctly? You wouldnt eat after 11am at ALL??? Or is that a mis-type?
