Getting back into the game

After a two week layoff, I'm getting back into the game. I completed my cycle and post therapy two weeks ago and made some good gains.

My new goals are as follows: I currently weigh 205 with a 34 inch waist, so my body fat content doesn't appear to be that high.

I want to get ripped and shed the extra fat/water that I've gained while keeping some of the mass. I definitely want to get to a 31 inch waist.

I need your help gang. Can you recommend:
1. Diet
2. What type of weight program would you institute, and
3. What type of schedule

I know these are broad questions to ask, however, everyone's input is needed and welcomed. I would also like Tarzana and RJ , and all other personal trainers input.

ps. I won't be on any cycle during this phase.
