I'm 215lbs with 30% body fat and I want to know if it is possible to lose 10% body fat in 12 weeks only with a ulta strict diet and weight training? is this a reasonable goal or is it asking too much?
With cardio I'm almost 100% sure it wont be a problem but my question is it possible with just a strict diet and weight training? Weight training routine will be a four day split. And calories will be at 10 or 11 cals per lb of BW. Btw, protein will be set at 0.8gm per lb BW what do you think guys? Thanks Raj |

yes, it's possible With cardio I'm almost 100% sure it wont be a problem but my question is it possible with just a strict diet and weight training? yes and no - genetics do come into play here Weight training routine will be a four day split. And calories will be at 10 or 11 cals per lb of BW. Btw, protein will be set at 0.8gm per lb BW what do you think guys? you'll need a high-intensity weight training routine if you don't do any cardio - surely more than a 4 day split Mr.X |
