Default BF loss question

I'm 215lbs with 30% body fat and I want to know if it is possible to lose 10% body fat in 12 weeks only with a ulta strict diet and weight training? is this a reasonable goal or is it asking too much?

With cardio I'm almost 100% sure it wont be a problem but my question is it possible with just a strict diet and weight training? Weight training routine will be a four day split. And calories will be at 10 or 11 cals per lb of BW. Btw, protein will be set at 0.8gm per lb BW

what do you think guys?

yes, it's possible

yes and no - genetics do come into play here

you'll need a high-intensity weight training routine if you don't do any cardio - surely more than a 4 day split

I still want to do it with peanuts alone coz. I cant afford protein powders in INDIA nor can I buy PB...its just too expensive..........is there any possible way to do it roasted peanuts instead of PB?

yes, you can use the peanuts if money is an issue - I think it would work for sure.

For protein replacements you can try to go to some dairy places and get the whey byproduct from when they make cheese.
