To Keto Or Not To Keto??

i find it really funny how much opinions you can get on this subject ,sometimes you dont know whom to beleive,it is true that at the end to loose fat its all down to calories,but why is it so hard to diet in the first place? ive been on a keto diet for 8 months and i can say that it truly blunts your apetite and you never crave any sugars on it,but i did not get defined as i taught i would probably because i was going overboard with the carb ups,but i will definately try it out again .
this is how i plan to do it ,tell me if it is ok please:-
i weigh185 lb at the moment with about 16 % bodyfat

7 am 6 whole eggs with 1 tbsp flaxseeds (not oil because to expensive here) 1oz cheese
10 am 6oz beef + 1 tbsp ex olive oil + broccoli ,spinach
1 pm " " " " " "
4pm " " " " " "
6pm workout
7.30pm post workout 2 servings whey protein
8.30 pm salmon or chicken or tuna with 1 tbsp cod liver oil + 1 tbsp flaxseeds and some broccoli and lettuce
if still hungry will take some sugar free jelly with cream

i will drink just cooffe and green tea and lots of water

i heard lot of times that caffeine increases the effect of this diet is it true because then you find others that say it releases insulin ,coffee is a wonder drug it really helps especially to curb apetite and before a workout.

will also do cardio 3 times in the morning on an empty stomach

and maybe 2 sessions hiit in the evening

If you're been on the diet for such a long time (8mo.), I suggest you try moving to a protein/carb cycling diet to get your metabolic rate back on track.

sorry for not telling i did the keto diet 1 1/2 year ego ,infact thats why i want to do it again because i was on a protein and carbs diet but i always feel hungry,when i eat carbs i just want to eat more, how does my plan look like is it good or would you change something to it,i am going ti try to eat good fats and not alot of junk ,

from looking at that diet, I would add about 15g of fiber before bed and if you're hungry at night I suggest a big salad w/ ranch or blue cheese to fill you up

it really depends; I think the ANPB diet is much easier to follow so it might be a start before switching to CKD.

the anpb diet is much more easy ,the thing that you don't have to preapre any food is good enough,but then it is to restricted you can never go out and eat at least with the keto diet you can go out and eat some good food ,steaks,fish,chicken + veggies or salads
