Default amount of veggies for keto

alot of green veggies ,mostly broccoli ,spinach ,and green beans and peas the carb content of these veggies is nearly all fibre ,there are also almonds and walnuts ,is it ok to eat a good amount of these ? should i or SHOULDNT I DEDUCT THE FIBRE CONTENT FROM VEGGIES AND NUTS when on the keto diet ,at least if we have alot of veggies to eat we can keep this diet as healthy as possible and we have a good amount of fibre to help with our bowels

Although the foods you listed above are low-carb, they still have carbs (i.e. walnuts have a few carbs per serving) so you can eat a good amount of them; however, you will need to watch the carb count per meal - no more then 6 g carbs per meal or 20-30g carbs per day.

but if you take in 70grams of carbs a day and 50 grams of it is fibre is it ok because the net carbs is 20 grams or shouldnt the fibre be deducted ??

Yes you should deduct the fiber; thus, in the above case w/ 20 net carbs you'll be fine. All I'm saying is be careful, it's easy to go over the 20-30 limit per day.
