Is Designer Whey alright for the ANPB diet? What specifics shoudl I looking for when shopping for the appropiate whey at the store? Can anyone suggest any mainstream brands of whey for this diet. Something I could find at a GNC or Vitaminshoppe?


I would try proteinfactory.com but i want to start this diet and tomorrow and don't want to wait for the delievery.

Are refeed days nessessary?

I'm on a cycle right now. Test prop and Winny tabs for another 4 weeks. My goal is to cut. Will this diet be alright to use while i'm on a cycle?

I use flax seed oil for joint pain, will this interfere?

I read two conflicting statments. I read I could do low intensity cardio and on another message I read to use HIIT like CKD. Which one is it?

Can I drink red bull (sugar free) while i'm on ANPB?

Is ALA necessary?

1-10 100mg test prop eod
1-10 400mg eq a week
8-12 winny tabs 50mg ED

taking tbsp flax seed oil for joints in the morning
1000mg of milk thistle a day
2 multis vits

my goal is to cut. lift 4 times a week. doing cardio 45min 4-5 times a week in the afternoon ( can't do mornings because of work) with heart rate at 65%-75%. Diet is my main issue I have trouble with as this is why i'm so excited about your ANPB diet. Thanks for the help!

nevermind about the designer whey. i did the math and found out taking it will knock me over 300 calories . I"ll go get some whey isolate tomorrow.
