losing bf

ok got bf tested on calipers yesterday, i was 13.1%, now i figure it cant be 100% accurate so im gonna round up to 14%. i want to get down to 7-9% range. need help with diet, on a tight budget so money is really limited. just need a diet designed to get me shredded. right now im 5'9 (not like thats gonna change) 185lbs and im 24. my work is pretty good workout, i lift boxes all day, and im always walking. plus i workout 5 times a week. just need a cheap and inexpensive home cooking diet to work off for a while, until my pockets get a little deeper.

in terms of food

give me some ideas, i mean, i always got food in the refrigerator, i was more referring to supplements, and protein shakes and shit. i always have lean hamburger, chicken, steak, tuna in the freezer. as well as eggs of course. i just finished a 10 week cycle. 6 weeks of tren/10 weeks cypionate, and somehow i managed to gain 15lbs and then lose 10lbs before the cycle was over, but alot of that i attribute to my workout regimen, and eating very clean the latter of the cycle. but back on the topic, i more was referring to non supplemental eating.

CKD, usually helps the pockets. Don't need much protein shakes, except for after workout and usually the fat food are pretty inexpensive.

I don't have any meal plans....but if you can afford the juice you can probably afford the food.
