so guys i finished my anpd diet and was satisfies with the results... but like i always do i changed my mind and decided that i wanted to gain more mass.. anyways this will be the first time in my life that i try top gain weight with out any gear..curently im using cytogainer 900 cal 82 complex carbs 52 protien twice a day with my diet which consitts of mostly protien moderate carbs. im taking vpx m1t and irontech creasyamine creatine. anyways ill keep you updated on my four week adventure... thanx for all the support again from everybody if anyone has any suggestion plz feel free.. my current stats are 164 around 8 to 9 percxent body fat i would like to get to 185 or 190 without gear but no gut

I think you can do good on a bodyopus style layout: 5 days diet 2 day carb-up.

on the 5 days, take in w x 15-17, 50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat

2days, use my carb-up in my ckd manual; however on the 2nd day do ALL low-gi carbs (high fiber).
