? about fats

I've been seeing some post over at EF about mixing fats with protien and carbs, seems everyone has different opinons on this. My question is, is mixing stuff like Flaxoil or ANPB say with your dinner meal or protein+carb meal ok?. Some say keep it either fats+protien or protien+carbs. I've always had a tblspoon of flax before my meals and sometimes i'll dump a tblspoon of flax over my salad that i eat with my meals(pretty good if your ok with the taste of flaxoil)

My thought on the F+C mixing is this - it DEPENDS.

The food always plays the biggest role...

if you are mixing Udos + oatmeal - that should NOT be a problem

but lard w/ dextrose is another story
