Mr.X's Caloric Shake:
100g protein - whey/egg mix
5 tbsp. all natural peanut butter
4 scoops of sugar free/fat free ice cream (yes there is such a thing)
1 tbsp. MCT oil
some equal

Hi Tman...X's caloric shake will do the trick. Here are a few more strategies for you....Mr X will please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these ideas.

Snack on raw nuts. (Recommend Costco--they sell almonds, walnuts and pecans in 3# bags.)

Put an avocado on your salad.

Throw some shrimp into your salads and recipes. It's a bit expensive, but you can buy it precooked and frozen these days.

Olive oil. On everything.

Get a crockpot. First thing in the morning, singe a slab of cheap beef CHUCK steak in a frying pan using olive oil. Salt and pepper. Toss it into the crockpot on low and forget about it. By dinner time, the fat will have cooked out and your cheap chuck steak will be tender, delicious muscle fuel.
