Looking pretty good! The improvment is obvious and taper much better. It`s that great illusion of looking bigger when getting leanier. Happen to be in same process although I don`t know about my bodyfat stats. Some 5kg(about 11 lbs) has gone and about the same still to go. Ain`t it nice to actually see the muscles as they pop up under the flab? Keep it up bro!:bow
