Switching to TKD - Anabolic Steroids

I'm gonna be switching to a tkd for 2 weeks X, and I was wondering if I should take the pre wo carbs with some whey or by themselves????

Take some whey w/ it, so around 20g carbs w/ 30g whey is a good start
