Mr X I have taken your advice and have stopped the anpb diet and switched to the diet you recommended. I take in about 2350 calories a day in the form of 50%P 30%C 20%F. I'm 5'6 152lbs in case any1 cares. I am taking the following supps: thermorexin,yohimburn es, multivitamin,ala,chromium picolinate and yohimbe bark extract (found those hanging around so figured I would throw them in),just ordered The Mass 1 Test from hardcore labs. Ok so heres my typical week hows this look with respect to gettin my bodyfat down from8-9% to 5-6%and not losing anymore muscle as I went on the starvation diet a few months ago and lost alot of muscle(damn Im stupid)!
M,W,T,F- Boxing 6-7-7:30 lift from 8-9..Sat. lifting in the morn M,T,T,F,Sun.- 40-45 minutes am cardio 2 days 65%...1-2days 70- 75% 2 days either sprint or run a couple miles hard Heres a typical day of eating 9am- 40grams whey, 1cup of oatmeal 11:30-10 oz turkey, sm. whole wheat syrian only 10 carbs 1:30- 6oz grilled chicken + romaine w/ alittle ranch dress 3:30- 6oz grill chicken + 1/2 cup brown rice or 5 oz yam 5:30 40 grams whey pre workout 9:00 40 grams whey + 40-50 grams dextrose post work. 10:30 6 oz grilled chicken + 2tbsp. anpb + tbsp flax oil So my questions are will the M1T benefit me(help me lower my bodyfat cause on the website it sounded like it was used to put on mass) even though im in a caloric deficit? Is it possible to lower my bodyfat percentage and add new muscle if I follow this diet and maybe up the calories 200 or so since Ive lost 30 pounds and my bodyfat only went down a little(due to the starvation)? Am I best off to keep my protein 40-50grams max per meal? 3 protein shakes a day 2 much? 1 day a week ive been adding in an extra 100-150 grams of carbs some sugary stuff like skim milk(in shakes) and cereal(total). Is this ok? I should count the dextrose toward my carb calories correct? Should I throw some Nolva in post M1T? What do you think of adding some creatine to this I' ve heard people saying its no good while cutting? thanks again for the help mr. x. So should i still up the carbs 100-150 grams 1 day a week (sticking to low gi)? What do you mean when you say it depends on my ratio breakdown? Other than that everything looks good?

ok sounds good il add a little fruit then on refeed day. Thanks mr. x i will follow this to the tee and let ya know how its going. Also if I wanted to add 10 pounds(as little fat as possible) after a fight would sticiking to this breakdown of 50 30 20 be good and up the cals maybe 300 a day or go to a 40 40 20?
