Question training on ckd

greetings mr x and others,
i have a question regarding training while on ckd . im used to training bodyparts twice a week . to make up for the increase in frequency i decreased the volume per session . ie on monday and thursday i work out my upper body. lets use chest as an example on Session 1 id only do 2 sets of dumbell press and 1-2 set of incline barbell press and on Session 2 id do 2 sets of inclines dumbells with 1-2 set of declines. my question is should i change to the training you recommended in the ckd manual or can i stick with mine. thanks for your time.

1- 30 min cardio morning(empty stomach)/workout: Chest, Upper-Back, shoulders, arms, traps, abs
2- 30 min cardio morning/ workout: Legs, (includes, calfs, hams,quads), lower-back
3- 45 min cardio morning OR 1 hour cardio during the day
4- SAME AS DAY 3
5- 30-45 min cardio AM no workout
6- 30 min cardio AM/ full body workout = circuit training 3-5 times (very light 20-25reps)
7- before carb-up…early in AM do a full body circuit workout 3-5 times (very light 20-25reps), then IMMEDIATELY begin CARB-UP.

just drop the cardio on day 1-2-5 and replace w/ full body workout

thanks mr x but..i shoulda posted my full split what i meant to say is that i do upperbody on monday and thursday and lower body on tuesday and fridat. but after following what you said what do you think of this one? please correct it as you see fit.

oh wait

1) monday- 30 cardio (morning)-upper body
2) tuesday-lower body
3) wednesday-cardio 45 min (morning)off
4) thursday-30cardio (morning) upper body
5) friday-lower body
6) saturday- 30cardio(morning)full body workout
7) sunday- full body workout / carbup

thanks for clarifying strappingyounglad. i was only making sure...lol i do know that theres no magic answer or anything of that nature. i was just concerned about training performance instead. thanks once more..
