Hi.
is it ok to include just green veggies(broccoli,green beans,spinach,cabbage) with this diet just for fibre ,like 30 -40 grams a day which if you deduct the fibre from it is just like 10 grams a day,because probably i will get extremely constipated and to buy a fibre supplement it always have some carbs in the form of sugar with them,also for the reffeed day can we like pig out for approx 6 hrs or we must eat clean to ?? thanks for your help

thanks for your reply, are you still eating lots of meat during the week and loads of carb during the weekend ,do you eat till you are satisfied or do you maintain it in the 2000 cal range ?? and do you just eat red meat or any kind of meat

wow thats a hella lot of meat you eat ,last year i did a diet of red meat loads of veggies ,extra virgin olive oil ,flaxseeds ground (because the oil is really expensive here), whey protein and fish,i took carbs just after a workout mainly oats and whey and some glutamine and i can say that i was lean.
Have any one of you tried a fat load instead of carb load ive heard that some bodybuilders are using it before a competition with good results,i tried it myself while on a ckd diet and found that my strengh did not decrease after a fat load in the weekend instead of a carb load,the thing with eating carbs is that i go crazy and eat like there is no tomorrow i can down 10,000 worth of calories in a day easily and the worst thing is that mostly it is processed carbs(sweets ,chocolates,cereals,bread,and pizzas).
