Guidelines:
*keep same 5x5 exercise and increase the weight 5# every week
*take accessory exercises to failure
*change accessory exercises every 4 weeks
*3min rest for 5x5 and 1.5-2min 2x8-10 (rest 3 min between exercises)

Day 1 chest/calves
Flat bench 5x5
Incline dumbbell press 2x8-10
PecDeck Flys 2x8-10
Decline BB (DIPS) 2x8-10
Standing calve raises 5x15
Abs

Day 2 back/shoulders
Military press 5x5
Side lateral s 3-5x8-10
Deads 5x5
Chins/Lat pulldown 2x10
Shrugs 2x8-10
Rows 2x8-10
Reverse PecDec 2x8-10

Day 3 rest

Day 4 bis/tris
Close grip bench 5x5
Standing barbell 5x5
Weighted Dips 2x8-10
Skull crushers 2x8-10
Preacher curls 2x8-10

Day 5 legs/abs
Squats 5x5
Leg press 2x10
Leg curls 2x8-10
Seated calve raises 5x15

ill superset the closegirp and standing barbell 5x5

Actually I like the looks of this routine--like it a lot. What are you going to do for 5 x 5 abs??? That's the only thing I'd probably change, IMO.

5x5 for abs is as follows:
Grab an incline board and throw a plate over yoru chest. hold your situp for 5s at the point of most resistence and then do 1 situp. youll be fried by the end of it.

imo for 5x5 workouts i like to split them

1 - chest/back
2 - shoulders/legs
3 - off or abs
4 - chest/back
5 - shoulders/legs

imo also it is not really feasible to add 5 pounds a workout, maybe 1-2
