X man, Liquidex? for ya

I just completed the 1st phase of my diet lost about 1" of my waist tightening up, but aways to go.

Just ending Test-Enthate/EQ phase, will be starting Fina/Test-Prop cycle within the next week, running 5-6 weeks. Low doses as are my want. Never had problems w/Gyno, and such, but I do hold fat in the Female Fat pattern, sorry to say.

I'm stepping on the beach 2nd week of june, I want to have some ab's going on.

If I were to throw in Ancillary's Liquidex & nolvadex, what doses would you recommend?

20mg nolva ED

but it all depends on your diet and not the Acls.

Well my diet is a low carb/carb timing one. Low carbs, maintenance level protein, moderate fats, mostly from Flax etc. Two days/week no carbs (my non-training days). One modest refeed per week, w/no fat-carb combo.

It works for me, is a longer term approach, but I don't lose muscle either.

BTW, were you ever able to find out the # of servings in the ZIP?

show me your diet here so I can see why you didn't lose bodyfat..

No man, diet working fine, like I said lost 1" of waist in 3-4 weeks.
