Default about carbup

well im currently doing a ckd with pretty good results its been about 3 weeks and im down to about 7lbs. but now heres the prob..i havent hit the gym in the past 3 days(still followed keto).. the finals came for me so..i had to make sacrifices. now its all over. my question is about my carb up. ive been doing them every other weekends. but since these 3 days went down the drain. my carbup was suppose to be this weekend but im thinking of doing next wed instead. is that recommended?

Stick to the regular carb-up regiment; however, I suggest keeping your carb-up within an 8 hour time-frame to make up for the lack of physical activity. It's a common misunderstanding that a carb-up is not needed; however, it is actually crucial to the proper conversion of T4>T3 and increase in leptin levels, as well as the refill of muscle/liver glycogen.
