Question Muscle Fat ratio

For bulking:

What should i expect for muscle/fat ratio gain for this stage:

I train 3-4 times a week (1 day on next day off)

I weigh bout 141

Eating around 2600 a day with about 200g protein.

Any comments

Difficult question. A lot depends on genetics. One-day on, one-day off is a very conservative program, and 2600 calories should support your current bodyfat percentage. You certainly aren't going to gain fat on that.

I would expect your muscle gains to be relatively slow on this program, from what you've told us.

The question is too vague...

what's your training like? supplementation?specific caloric breakdown p/f/c? cardio regiment? years trainin? sleep pattern? genetic potential?etc....

Too many questions and not enough answers,since gains are almost impossible to predict.

Bro,at 141 lbs,I would not worry about getting fat...you wanna get bigger I would suggest at least 300g protein a day...6x50 would be ideal...Training every other day is good if you are being serious in the gym,and struggling to get ever stronger on exercises that work the large muscles of the back and legs...Squats and deadlifts in particular.You will never get huge without getting at least a little fat in the process.
