mr x please help

hey x, hurt my shoulder and im gonna have to take it easy for a while with the exeption of cardio and leg, and ab workouts, need to know how much alterations in my diet should i make so i dont gain any fat and still continue to gain lbm. obviously not being able to really train my chest, back, and shoulders wont help, but would a decrease in daily calories help. right now im dieting, only consuming about 2000-2200 calories per day, with the exception of a one day refeed. i use the anbp diet with the exception i use real food for two meals, usually with eat a steak and salad for one meal, and tuna and a salad for another. also, does metamucil, or the other fiber drink that i cant think of right now, help with hunger cravings. my biggest problem is im always hungry and i dont want to eat anything outside of what i do. help me out as much as you can, im 5'9 185, 12%bf and im trying to get to 6-8%bf.

First, fiber does help w/ the feeling of fullnes - www.beyond-a-century.com - try psyllium husk fiber. Also, add some Lrex or Trex from the AF store to help w/ the cravings.

can you do cardio?

Trex is great, thank you all that recomended it to me, helps cravings and a big boost in energy

oh yeah, im gonna be living on the cardio machines! did an hour today, and then sat in the steam room, and in the whirlpool for a 1/2 hour. and legs is really the only other thing i can do with any weight as well as low back and abs, which will get rediculous attention now! also gonna check out that trex, looks like it can help alot.
