Carbing up, 1 day a week or 2 days a week?

I've been looking at different CKD boards and on C-K-D.com the calculators there have you carbing up for 2 days a week while doing a CKD diet. http://www.users.voicenet.com/~petri...s/ckdcalc.html

Also the calculators at C-K-D.com use height weight and body fat for the ratios it comes up with. Would it make a difference if I were to use the calculator from this site or the other? Is one better than the other?
