Q for Mr.X: PW on ANPB

I've been reading so much about this and I still can't get a direct answer. Will the standard PW Protein Whey Shake with <1 Carbs, around 170 calories, and 40grams of protein kick me out of ketosis? Thanks

no it will not if you have fat w/ it - in other words, whey protein alone will cause an interruption in the ketogenic phase due to the protein>glucose conversion ratio of about 56% (whey especially).

Thanks for the info. I got one more question. When trying to stay between 60%-70% of your MRH during cardio, how should someone factor in the fact they are using a ECA that increases their heartrate? Do I not factor that in? do I go to 80% to compensate? Thanks!

it's impossible to factor it in - so don't
