ANPB Summary and Questions?

Dear Mr. X and Members:

I have been reading and studying all of the ANPB articles and threads. Thanks for all of the work and great info. I made a summary of the diet and training with some questions included. I not only wanted those Q's answered, but thought I'd share my summary. I'll include questions here and they are in context in the long summary - word attachment.

I intend to use Hardcore Labs’ Methyl-1d Test stack for lean mass, per Kelly’s instructions. Thoughts?

After eight weeks of this diet, I will might use Hardcore Labs’ M-1 Test cycle for bulking, per Kelly’s instructions. How would I alter the caloric intake and ratios to gain in accordance with the cycle’s projections?

(DAY 1-6) For each body part do 1-2 exercises with 12-10-8-6 -dropset-12 reps- Might increase legs with (recommendation?)

Any Movements or types of exercises preferable during this, i.e. isolation or compound? (What if on bulking version with M-1 per above?)

Do you do all cardio and workouts on empty stomach?

On refeed / carb-up days, what % of total carbs should be used for each meal?

Are their any residual effects of this diet, i.e., returning to normal food consumption and elimination?

Any Movements or types of exercises preferable during this, i.e. isolation or compound? (What if on bulking version with M-1 per above?)training forum is your best choice for this question

Do you do all cardio and workouts on empty stomach?check out SYLs post on sprints....also, most cardio is more effective on an empty stomach but consider potential muscle loss as a factor
