Should I include a refeed?

I have a quick question. I'm trying to lean out.

Im 6'-0", 185'ish, sub 10%...calipers say 7, but the mirror says 9-10.


I was curious If I should include a refeed?

Heres my basic diet and supplement regimen:

AM:
-1 vivarin
-4 caps Levorex
-1 cap glucorell
-apply Y.E.S.

CARDIO

M1:
-1/2 carton egg whites + 2 whole eggs
-1/2 cup oatmeal + 1 cup low carb milk
-1 serv Swole V2
-1 cap glucorell
-3g GLA
(30c/60p/15f)

M3:
-Sandwich or chilli
-2 caps glucorell
-3g GLA
(45c/40p/12f)

SUPPLEMENT:
4 caps Levorex

M4:
-2 scoops evopro
-3g fish oil
(6c/52p/9f)

Pre Workout:
-1 vivarin
-4 caps Levorex
-apply Y.E.S.

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Post Workout:
-1/2 cytogainer
-5g creatine
(42c/27p/2f)

M5:
-lean meat (chicken or beef)
-complex carbs (sweet potato or pasta)
-1 serv Swole V2
-2 caps glucorell
-3g GLA
(50c/50p/10f)

M6:
-1 scoop evopro
-1 cup LC milk

TOTALS:
179c/267/55f

31% carbs
46% protein
22% fat


My diet is 180g carbs/270g protein/55g fat. I had been taking in more carbs, but Im cutting out some fruit in an effort to keep the fat coming off.

I'm going to be doing ~ an hour of AM cardio Mon-Sat untill Im ready to start sprinting.

My resistance training is:
Monday Chest/Back/Arms (intense)
Tues Legs/Delts/Abs (intense)
Wed off
Thurs off
Fri Chest/Back/Arms (easy)
Sat Legs/Delts/Abs (easy)
Sun off

So, should I run a refeed with this training schedule and diet?

If you're eating 180g carbs a day I see no reason to refeed.Because you're not depleted.I would eliminate fruit altogether.If you do the sprint intervals,you shouldn't need to diet.
