cardio on anpb diet

Do you really need to do cardio for the anpb diet? Also would hst be a suitable workout routine for the anpb diet? Also do i have to time my meals or do i just meet my target of 6 meals a day?

You don't really "need" to do cardio.I never do it,and if I did,it would be sprint intervals.As for training,do whatever workout you would do,if you weren't dieting.If you eat all your meals at once that wouldn't be 6 meals,would it?Seriously,eating every 2-1/2 hrs or so is ideal,but if this isn't feasible due to your schedule,then just do the best you can.
