ANPB Diet.... which protein from PF?

This is my first time into protein powders / dieting, etc. I have read the ANPB diet, and want to try it. I understand I need to buy protein powder, and proteinfactory is the place to go, but I have no idea which of their protein powders I should get. Can anyone help? Thanks

I believe that Mr.X recommends whey.It's the cheapest.My belief is that the conversion of whey to glucose keeps you out of ketosis.The aussie cassinate is a milk protein that is comparable in price to whey,and I would suggest that.If money is not an issue for you,I use 40% micellar cassein-30% aussie cassinate-30% whole organic egg.With shippng,it works out to about $10 a lb.
